Cristopher Crapello, SCRREA, Principal Appraiser
Our principal appraiser, Cris graduated from Montclair State University in 2006 with a B.A. in Justice Studies/Justice Systems. He began work in his family's appraisal office in 2007 and became a Certified Residential Appraiser in 2011. In 2022, he obtained the Home Measurement Specialist (HMS) designation.
Amanda Crapello, COO, Managing Partner
Amanda co-founded Stellar Home Appraisals in 2021 with Cristopher after a successful career as an oncology nurse and nurse manager. Her skills in management, client relations, and customer service ensure that every experience with our company is truly Stellar.
